Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use UU Remote directly if I have not entered the dedicated Mac desktop yet?
No. Before using UU Remote for the first time, you need to enter the dedicated Mac through VNC or Screen Sharing first, then complete UU Remote installation, login, binding, or connection information confirmation on the dedicated Mac.
What should I do if the device shows offline?
Make sure the dedicated Mac is powered on and connected to the internet, and confirm that UU Remote on the dedicated Mac is open, logged in, or bound. If it still shows offline, re-enter the dedicated Mac through VNC and check the UU Remote status.
What should I do if the verification code is incorrect or expired?
Get the latest verification code or connection code again in UU Remote on the dedicated Mac, then re-enter it on your local computer.
What should I do if the screen is laggy after connecting?
Graphical remote connections can be affected by your local network, remote tool service status, and device status. Try reconnecting first. If the issue continues, take a screenshot and contact support.
What should I do if I cannot log in to my UU Remote account?
The UU Remote account system is provided by a third party. First check your account, password, and verification code. If the account itself is abnormal, follow the official UU Remote instructions.

Not recommended. The connection information may allow others to operate your dedicated Mac. Only share it with trusted people.
