- Who can join?
- Every Lumio customer in good standing. Your personal link is created automatically on the Referral Program page of the client area, with no separate application.
- How is commission calculated?
- By default you earn 8% of what the referred customer actually pays, on the first order and every renewal. If they use a coupon, commission is based on the discounted amount paid.
- When can I withdraw?
- Commission becomes available 7 days after payment while the service stays active. Withdraw to USDT or Alipay from $50 after a manual check, or move it to your account balance any time.
- What happens if the customer is refunded?
- Commission on a refunded order is reversed automatically.
- Can I earn commission on my own orders?
- No. Orders from the referrer or from other accounts of the same person do not earn commission, and questionable commission is checked manually before it settles.
- I have a large audience. Can I get a higher rate?
- Yes. Email [email protected] with your site or community link, approximate traffic and how you plan to promote, and we will set a custom rate for you after review.
